A GenXer. An English degree. No plans for the future. What can go wrong? As the millennium approaches, our hapless wanderer flails through low-wage jobs, garnering truths about herself and the working world through every bar, camp, video store, substitute teaching position, and temp job she can land. In this one-human journey, the parallels between then and today are poignant, when freakout over Y2K, the DotCom bubble burst, and presidential impeachment were in the background of everyday people trying to get by. Audience interaction is invited throughout as we investigate our own journey with purpose, power, passion, and possibility.
